About the role
You will lead and build a team of Enterprise Account Executives that drives new business growth across a demanding enterprise landscape. You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that expands our market presence and deepens penetration within your assigned region. You will act as a strategic leader who mentors, coaches, and develops high-performing sales talent to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets. You will ensure that enterprise customers achieve success with Fonoa's autonomous tax platform, driving retention and long-term advocacy. You will leverage data and market insights to make informed decisions that optimize sales performance and market positioning. You will serve as the critical link between Fonoa's innovative tax technology and the strategic needs of large enterprise clients. You will uphold the company's mission of providing autonomous tax that tracks every rule and proves every decision.

What you'll do
- Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy for your region that aligns with Fonoa's overall corporate objectives and growth ambitions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive new business development by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise logos.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal, to ensure alignment and optimize sales outcomes.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to accurately forecast sales revenue, manage the sales pipeline, and drive sales productivity.
- Regularly analyze sales performance data and market trends to adjust strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
- Report on sales performance, market insights, and the competitive landscape to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Work with the Customer Success organization to resolve issues and support ongoing client success, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide coaching, development, and constructive feedback to your team to foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals to drive individual and team success.
- Assemble audit packs and monitor obligations using Fonoa's system to demonstrate how the platform handles compliance and anomaly detection.
- Ensure that Fonoa's modular tax infrastructure, covering tax ID validation, real-time determination, e-invoicing, and returns, is presented as a unified solution.
- Operate within Fonoa's global reach across 120+ countries, supporting clients in going live in weeks, if not days.
- Leverage Fonoa's integration and shared data model with one audit trail to show prospects how the platform reduces complexity.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience, with a focus on leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in an enterprise sales environment.
- Experience in a scale-up environment (Series A-C), tax technology, financial technology, or related industries is a strong plus.
- Experience executing both Account Management & New Logo GTM strategies.
