What you'll do

• Architect and develop new features and products for the mobile applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, security, and usability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, refactoring and optimizing code to enhance stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and develop implementation plans for new features or updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams - including designers, product owners, and other engineers - to deliver customer-facing features that are intuitive and reliable.
• Contribute to project planning, estimations, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and integrations.
• Integrate with external service providers and third-party APIs to enable operation of the mobile platform.
• Write fully tested, high-quality, and performant code, adhering to best practices in mobile development.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile development, React Native, and Web3 technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Work in close partnership with designers and product teams to create impactful experiences that improve the lives of millions of users worldwide.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React Native or mobile app development, ideally at leading startups or fast-growing technology companies.
• Proven track record of developing, releasing, and maintaining mobile applications in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and best practices for iOS and Android development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence in working with existing tech stacks or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
• Experience integrating with external APIs and third-party services to enable complex functionalities.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards for mobile applications.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
