Business Operations & Strategy Lead
Job description
About the role
You will architect and execute the multi-year business strategy that aligns our fund, tokenize, trade, and spend offerings with the next wave of institutional and agentic demand. You will own the end-to-end analysis of market sizing, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to define where we play and how we win. You will translate complex regulatory and product inputs into clear strategic choices that prioritize bets, allocate resources, and shape the roadmap. You will partner deeply with product, engineering, and operations to design scalable business models and go-to-market motions that compound our network effects. You will build and maintain the business cases that justify major initiatives, measuring ROI, risk, and optionality at every stage. You will synthesize qualitative insights and quantitative data into narratives that align stakeholders and accelerate execution. You will challenge the status quo by identifying inefficiencies, upside, and new opportunities where others see only complexity. You will act as the primary strategist for cross-functional leadership, ensuring that every major decision is grounded in rigorous analysis and long-term value creation.
