Senior Designer - Otherlife
Job description
About the role
Otherlife is built for builders who need to prove something real, not just talk about cool concepts. This role owns the strategic and visual direction of branding projects from first brief to final delivery across demanding client work. You architect identity systems and design languages that make complex value flows feel obvious and human. You translate ambiguous cultural cues and business goals into sharp visual narratives that resonate with both executives and end users. You act as the creative quarterback for high-profile work with companies like Mastercard, Arsenal FC, Coinbase, OpenSea, and Shopify. Every decision you make is measured by clarity, craft, and longevity beyond the launch moment. You push the team to raise the bar on execution while taking full ownership of outcomes in a fast moving, high accountability environment. You use AI as a core part of your process to accelerate execution and focus energy on the hardest creative problems.
