Communications Manager
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the primary communications operator for MoonPay, owning the full lifecycle of messaging for product launches and partner announcements. This role requires you to translate complex financial infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives for both mainstream media and internal stakeholders. You will act as the trusted liaison between our engineering teams and the press, ensuring that every story we tell is accurate, timely, and aligned with our high standards. You will proactively hunt for media opportunities rather than simply waiting for reporters to find us. This position demands comfort with ambiguity, as you will frequently own projects from initial idea to final distribution without a rigid playbook. You will leverage AI tools daily to accelerate research, drafting, and data analysis so the team can focus on high-impact strategy. If you measure success by the visibility of the company and the clarity of our mission, this is the role for you.
