Creative Director
Job description
About the role
Misfits Market is seeking a Creative Director to take ownership of the brand's visual identity and the stewardship of its internal studio team. In this capacity, you will manage a hybrid workforce that includes in-house designers, video producers, and contract photographers while simultaneously directing external agencies that handle private-label packaging and broader campaign work. This role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and operational rigor to maintain consistency across all consumer interactions. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative environment where creative experimentation is encouraged within the bounds of strategic brand goals. You will act as the primary visual storyteller for the brand, shaping how Misfits Market is perceived in a crowded marketplace.
