Continuous Improvement Engineer
Job description
About the role
This owns the full lifecycle of process improvement for the logistics network, managing execution from intake through ship while partnering with operations and external vendors. The role translates complex routing and distribution challenges into scalable solutions that cut waste and boost reliability on a mission critical timeline. You will coach teams, uphold strict safety and quality standards, and ensure every decision serves the customer and the mission of reducing food waste. This position requires a disciplined thinker who can navigate ambiguity while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across fast moving workflows. You will act as a bridge between data, operations, and carriers to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate builds trust with partners and translates their feedback into durable process changes. Every recommendation you make should drive toward higher reliability and lower environmental impact. You will be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes that improve the end to end experience for both internal teams and external customers.
