Creative Marketing Manager
Job description
About the role
This role expands a HealthTech marketplace product globally through paid social campaigns. The position drives experimentation and owns creative strategy within a remote-first team.
Data roles turn raw information into decisions. Analysts query databases and build dashboards. Data scientists build models that predict outcomes. Data engineers build the pipelines that move and store data. All three work closely with business teams and need a mix of statistics, coding, and communication. Nearly every modern company runs on data teams, from startups to banks. A strong portfolio of past analyses matters more than degrees in many hiring decisions.

What you'll do
Concepts move from hypothesis to test across Meta and TikTok paid channels, defining the message for target audiences. Winners receive focus, and new testing directions such as funnels and acquisition expand market presence. Metrics like CTR, CPA, CPM, and ROAS guide iterations and the formulation of new hypotheses. Designers receive clear briefs, and creative direction progresses efficiently to the final result. Brainstorming, hypothesis formation, and result analysis are structured through collaboration with AI Content Creators, UAM, and PMM. Product and analytics teams align creative execution with data and product insights.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. 1+ year as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketing Manager, or related role demonstrates capability in creative marketing. Knowledge of performance marketing enables data reading and comfort with metrics. An analytical approach processes large data volumes and draws structured conclusions. Creative and analytical thinking coexist to generate ideas within systematic, metrics-driven workflows. Creative success is tracked using concrete numbers for outcomes. Creatives for Meta and TikTok launch with evidence of measurable market results. UGC production and storytelling content write copy that drives action. AI usage supports competitor research, brief writing, ad variation generation, and creative analysis. Creative strategy development and scaling include launching for new markets, testing hypotheses, and assessing discontinuation of underperforming tests.
Practical notes
Typical interview steps
Data interviews commonly include a SQL or coding exercise, a statistics question, and a case study. Candidates may be asked to design a metric, interpret an experiment, or build a small model. Some companies give a take-home analysis. Expect questions about past projects and the business impact of your work. Interviewers often evaluate how you communicate uncertainty and business impact, not only the math. Bringing a clean write-up of a past analysis to the interview is well received.
Good to know
Work in a fast-growing digital health environment centered on therapist networks and client acquisition. Professionals rely on data dashboards, creative testing tools, and AI platforms to refine messaging. Success depends on balancing structured analysis with creative intuition under fast experimentation cycles.
Questions to ask
Worth asking in any interview: how the team measures success, who the role works with daily, what the onboarding looks like, and what the company is trying to achieve this year. Asking what past hires did well is a strong final question. Keep the list short and pick the questions that matter most to you.
Career growth
Data careers grow toward senior analyst, staff data scientist, or data engineering lead. Many professionals specialize in machine learning, analytics, or infrastructure. Cross-functional work with product and engineering teams becomes more important at senior levels. The field changes quickly, so continuous learning is part of the job. Professionals who can translate numbers into decisions tend to advance fastest.
