You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for our user acquisition and retention pipelines, translating business goals into actionable campaigns. The position requires you to act as the primary liaison between data insights and creative storytelling to ensure message-market fit. You will be responsible for de-risking new initiatives through rigorous analysis and market validation before full-scale implementation. Your work will directly influence the trajectory of the company by identifying high-impact opportunities in the funnel. You will champion a culture of experimentation where hypotheses are tested and learnings are institutionalized. What you'll do
- Deconstruct existing conversion funnels to pinpoint friction points and architect optimized landing page experiences that elevate engagement metrics.
- Map and refine the complete user journey, orchestrating touchpoints from initial advertisement exposure to seamless in-app onboarding.
- Architect and execute structured A/B testing frameworks on messaging and user experience to systematically reduce friction and amplify conversion rates.
- Establish a robust monitoring system for funnel metrics to detect user drop-off points and deploy data-driven solutions that mitigate leakage.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into new market opportunities to inform and validate go-to-market strategies aimed at sustainable global expansion.
- Orchestrate close collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams in Product, Analytics, and AI Content to guarantee alignment and flawless execution of marketing objectives.
- Synthesize and author compelling marketing content that resonates deeply with our target audience and drives measurable engagement.
- Analyze qualitative user feedback and quantitative market trends to iteratively refine marketing strategies and tactical approaches.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to mobilize support for cross-functional marketing initiatives and shared goals.
- Author detailed reports on marketing performance, translating complex data into clear narratives for the leadership team.
- Proactively scan the competitive landscape and monitor industry trends to identify strategic shifts that inform long-term planning.
Requirements
- Bring a solid professional background in Growth or Product Marketing, with a demonstrable focus on user acquisition and retention excellence.
- Possess hands-on experience in constructing and managing marketing funnels utilizing no-code platforms and automation tools to accelerate deployment.
- Show a proven ability to formulate and test growth hypotheses through rigorous experimentation and advanced user research methodologies.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to construct intuitive dashboards and derive actionable insights from complex business intelligence platforms.
- Display experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, specifically coordinating with Product and User Acquisition departments.
- Demonstrate the capacity to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and establish novel workflows when standard procedures are insufficient.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer psychology to enable data-informed decisions that drive consistent marketing success and ROI.
