What you'll do
Design intake workflows that capture scope, constraints, and dependencies for each cable installation engagement in a methodical manner.
Build integrated schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite that align resources, dates, and contractual milestones for underground operations.
Review forecasts with project teams, validating logic, buffers, and assumptions for power, communication, and duct bank work to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with field crews to update progress, manage critical paths, and maintain data accuracy for complex underground utility activities.
Collaborate with partners to synchronize utility, civil, and electrical activities across project boundaries and strict regulatory requirements.
Ship reliable schedule updates that support safe execution, informed decisions, and on-time delivery of grid hardening projects to customers.
Champion quality by verifying that every timeline reflects actual conditions and actively supports continuous improvement for future installs.
Guide knowledge transfer and mentoring initiatives so that scheduling practices remain consistent as teams evolve and technology advances over time.
Analyze historical project data to identify trends and improve future schedule accuracy for underground cable and duct bank installations.
Translate technical requirements into visual timeline models that clearly communicate project sequences to stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules proactively when unforeseen site conditions or regulatory changes impact underground work.
Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to the company's quality standards and safety protocols during every phase of project execution.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to produce detailed reports that communicate schedule status, risks, and upcoming activities clearly.
Support the integration of new technologies into scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and data reliability for field teams.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position.
Equivalent combinations of education and three or more years of relevant experience are also acceptable for consideration in this role.
A valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicle driven is necessary, along with an acceptable driving record as part of employment eligibility.
Willingness to travel up to twenty five percent is required for this position, which may involve regional project assignments.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential in this role that supports complex infrastructure projects.
