About the role
This role owns the planning, coordination, and execution of data center site development and heavy civil construction projects in support of hyperscale infrastructure delivery. You will assist project teams with scheduling, documentation, and field activities to ensure projects meet safety, timeline, and budget expectations. This position requires collaboration with project managers, field teams, customers, and engineering stakeholders to resolve technical and constructability challenges. You will interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide field operations and maintain compliance with contract requirements. The role involves supporting quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and procurement activities to control project finances. You will maintain project records and reporting in Procore or other construction management platforms to ensure accurate project status communication. What you'll do
Support the successful delivery of hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects through active participation in planning and execution.
Review and interpret technical documents, drawings, and engineering plans to align field activities with design intent.
Assist with developing project plans, schedules, and documentation packages to guide construction activities.
Work closely with field personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to coordinate construction sequencing and resolve issues.
Participate in quality control, progress tracking, and project reporting to ensure adherence to standards and timelines.
Help identify project risks and develop practical solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
Assist project teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and civil plans to support project execution and field operations.
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project records to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Support quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and procurement activities for project materials and services.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to resolve technical and constructability challenges.
Maintain project documentation and reporting in Procore or other construction management platforms.

You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and bring 3+ years of construction experience, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, large campus, or other complex infrastructure construction projects is preferred.
Knowledge of site development, heavy civil construction, grading, utilities, and related earthwork activities is preferred.
You must be able to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings, civil plans, specifications, and other technical documentation.
Familiarity with CAD drawings and construction management platforms such as Procore or similar project management software is required.
You must be able to perform quantity takeoffs, track project quantities, and support estimating and cost-control efforts.
Engineering, field engineering, or project engineering experience is preferred but not required.
You must demonstrate strong organizational skills to support project planning, document control, submittals, RFIs, and other project deliverables.
You must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced construction environment.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
You must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday at the Hubbard Project Site.
