What you'll do
Manage global legal entity lifecycles from incorporation through dissolution to maintain comprehensive legal entity records and ensure continuity.
Draft board and shareholder resolutions and prepare statutory filings to satisfy regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Track upcoming regulatory and corporate deadlines in QCore while monitoring data integrity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Execute task management in Asana, coordinating updates from the Corporate Services Administrator to maintain visibility and accountability.
Update Core trackers, including the invoice register, budgets, and LEI records, to reflect current and accurate information for decision-making.
Guide junior team members on deliverables, upholding strict quality standards for all outputs to ensure professionalism and reliability.
Provide corporate input on regulatory projects and attend select Regulatory team sessions to enable learning, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
Support governance objectives by developing and expanding strategic leadership responsibilities over time to meet evolving business demands.
Conduct regular audits of corporate documentation to verify adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking information regarding corporate structures and compliance status.
