What you'll do
- Lead active sourcing for a diverse portfolio of corporate roles, emphasizing quality and strategic impact.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, team context, and measurable success criteria.
- Construct and steward active and passive talent pipelines using ATS platforms, resume databases, and targeted outreach.
- Build authentic relationships with candidates through engaging conversations that inspire interest and proactive application.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, motivation, and cultural alignment with organizational values.
- Present opportunities clearly and persuasively, guiding candidates through next steps with transparency.
- Review applications and resumes, manage hiring inboxes, and ensure timely, professional communication.
- Represent Ally Behavior at hiring events, career fairs, conferences, and other recruiting forums in the region.
- Support cross-functional recruiting projects and initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition capabilities.
- Contribute to a supportive, purpose-driven workplace that attracts professionals committed to healthcare impact.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to inform decisions and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance employer branding and candidate experience continuously.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of talent markets, compensation trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated exposure to executive, leadership, or hard-to-fill roles.
- Proven ability to source candidates beyond traditional job boards, including networking, cold outreach, referrals, events, social media, and community engagement.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the capacity to build rapport and communicate opportunities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, across diverse audiences.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRMs, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. metro area for recruiting activities.
- Ability to pass MD/VA state, FBI, and sex offender registry background checks as required by company policy.
