Sales, Majors - North Central
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for large enterprises across the North Central region, acting as the primary commercial driver for new business growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing Majors accounts in the Midwest, directly contributing to the company's mission to displace legacy networking competitors. This role requires you to build and execute a disciplined outbound strategy while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with every prospect you engage. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your initiative and creativity will be essential to navigating an undefined sales process. In this position, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction from the first handshake to long-term adoption. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate and convert high-value pipeline into signed contracts that drive top-line growth.

You will do whatever it takes to win, demonstrating creativity and a willingness to get hands-on to close deals across the organization.
You are based in the Midwest, ideally in a major metro area like Chicago, and live close to a major airport for business travel requirements.
You thrive in environments with ambiguity, creating clarity and process where little to none currently exists.
