About the role
You will own 60% of the onboarding execution while maintaining a strategic focus on 40% enablement operations, ensuring that new sales hires ramp efficiently and consistently. You will shape the entire onboarding experience for incoming sales teams, driving a scalable and consistent program as Meter continues its rapid growth. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Channel, Product, Operations, and Engineering to translate high-level enablement strategy into reliable, repeatable execution. You will act as the central coordinator for HQ onboarding, managing the flow of information and logistics across departments. Success in this role means turning complex onboarding requirements into a streamlined experience for every new hire. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the program while removing operational roadblocks that slow down ramp time. Ultimately, your work will directly impact the speed and quality at which Meter's sales teams become fully productive.

What you'll do
Plan and run onsite HQ onboarding sessions from initial agenda building through execution and post-session follow-up.
Operate onboarding as a repeatable, scalable program by establishing standard operating procedures and documentation protocols.
Coordinate and prep speakers across Sales, Product, Operations, and Sales Engineering to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery.
Coach new hires through pitch certifications, providing clear, standards-aligned feedback that drives measurable improvement.
Establish and maintain a single source of truth for onboarding and enablement materials to eliminate ambiguity and version drift.
Ensure enablement content is current, organized, and easy to access within the CMS to support self-serve learning.
Track onboarding completion, readiness milestones, and certification outcomes to identify trends and intervention points.
Provide regular readouts on onboarding progress and program health to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify and improve gaps in onboarding execution and operations through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
Support distributed or global onboarding initiatives using a blend of live and asynchronous formats to accommodate all hires.
Iterate on onboarding programs based on continuous feedback and execution insights to drive incremental improvements.
Partner with Enablement leadership to translate strategic standards into actionable, executable workflows for the team.
Maintain detailed records of sessions, attendance, and materials to support audits and future program scaling.
Facilitate Q&A sessions between new hires and senior leadership to reinforce Meter's mission and cultural values.
Monitor the effectiveness of training materials and recommend updates based on certification performance and feedback.
Requirements
You have experience running enablement, onboarding, or similar cross-functional programs at a high-growth company.
You are execution-focused, highly organized, and comfortable owning programs end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
You can turn ambiguity into clear plans and repeatable processes that others can follow without constant direction.
You have worked with senior stakeholders and know how to keep things moving without heavy oversight or constant escalation.
You care deeply about quality, consistency, and the new hire experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Meter's standards.
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of output.
You have experience supporting distributed or global teams and understand the nuances of remote collaboration.
You are proficient in using technology tools for communication, documentation, and learning management systems.

Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.

Full-time (40 hours per week).
