About the role

This position represents a leadership opportunity within MeBe's in-home and clinic-based applied behavior analysis services. You will own the delivery of evidence-based interventions in both home and clinic environments, ensuring that every session aligns with the highest standards of clinical excellence. You will translate complex behavioral principles into practical, play-filled strategies that engage children and empower families throughout the therapeutic journey. You will collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, integrating insights from occupational therapy and speech-language pathology to create a cohesive support system. You will champion transparency and compassion in every interaction, inspiring colleagues, caregivers, and clients to reach their full potential. Your expertise will be the cornerstone in shaping individualized interventions that turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth and discovery. What you'll do

Conducting thorough assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to gain insights into each individual's unique abilities and behavioral traits.

Crafting and closely monitoring the implementation of fully tailored, comprehensive treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each kiddo.

Providing expert guidance and coaching to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively support their child's development and progress.

Delivering continuous, high-quality training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and expertise, ensuring they offer the best possible care to our kiddos.

Employing rigorous data analysis techniques to assess and track kiddo progress systematically, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and continually adjusted to achieve optimal outcomes.

Weaving fun and laughter into every session, making sure that the learning environment is engaging and enjoyable for young clients.

Shaping and overseeing intervention strategies that foster the development of essential skills in early childhood settings.

Guiding our youngest learners toward realizing their full potential through meticulous assessment, strategic planning, and skillful implementation of interventions.

Operating with transparency and candor while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with families and team members.

Adapting treatment plans dynamically based on ongoing data review and client response to ensure the most effective care pathways are always active.

Requirements

BCBA certification (Required).

Prior Payor credentialing preferred.

Ability to pass a background check (Required).

Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA.

Communication skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate.

Possess a strong desire to innovate within the framework of evidence-based practice while adhering strictly to established protocols.
