About the role

MeBe is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Director to lead the Mesa Learning Center, overseeing clinical, operational, and financial success. This role involves providing strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA and OT services to children with autism and other special needs. The Site Director will have meaningful ownership of the center's culture, staff development, community relationships, and overall performance. What you'll do

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional ABA and OT services, maintaining high clinical standards across all programs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and staff to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration among clinicians, therapists, and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Grow the Learning Center responsibly by developing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, staffing levels, utilization rates, and profitability to ensure financial health.

• Oversee compliance with all regulatory standards, including adherence to ITAR regulations if applicable.
• Manage operational aspects such as scheduling, billing, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain and improve clinical outcomes and service standards.
• Support staff in ongoing professional development, including facilitating access to CEU trainings and other educational resources.
• Participate in organizational planning and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of MeBe in Arizona.
• Represent the center at community events, professional conferences, and outreach activities to enhance visibility and relationships.
• Ensure the center maintains a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff.
• Manage the center's budget, including expense control and revenue growth strategies.
• Implement best practices in clinical operations, staff management, and family engagement.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
• Maintain open communication channels with families, staff, and organizational leadership.
• Lead efforts to improve clinical quality and operational efficiency continuously.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices to ensure the center remains compliant and innovative.
• Drive initiatives to enhance staff satisfaction, reduce turnover, and promote professional development.
• Ensure the center's services align with evidence-based practices and organizational mission.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support high-quality care and operational excellence.
• Support the organization's mission to empower families, professionals, and communities through education and training on evidence-based approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical leadership within ABA, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of operational management, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor clinical staff and leaders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Ability to analyze data and utilize it to solve operational and clinical challenges.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, including familiarity with ITAR regulations if applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children and families through evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Mesa; this is an on-site role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Leadership qualities including adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification in ABA or related disciplines is a plus but not required.

Practical notes

• This is an on-site position based in Mesa; no remote work options are specified.
• The salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000, with a performance bonus that can bring total compensation to over $200,000.
