What you'll do
Conduct in-depth Functional Behavior Assessments and skill evaluations to pinpoint the specific variables influencing a child's behavior and learning trajectory.
Design, implement, and refine comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals of each child and their family.
Partner with parents and caregivers to provide expert coaching, equipping them with practical tools to reinforce progress beyond clinical sessions.
Deliver structured, high-impact supervision and professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians, elevating the quality of care across the team.
Utilize advanced data collection and analysis methods to monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate seamlessly with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to ensure a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach to care.
Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Facilitate smooth transitions between settings, such as clinic, home, and school, to guarantee consistency and continuity of services.
Identify barriers to learning and implement proactive strategies that promote skill acquisition and independence in natural environments.
Lead the coordination of care with external payors and stakeholders to ensure authorization processes are efficient and transparent.
Champion a culture of innovation by integrating fun and laughter into therapeutic activities to enhance engagement and motivation.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions, serving as a role model for colleagues and clients alike.
Serve as a key resource for the clinical team, offering mentorship and guidance to support the growth of all team members.

Requirements
You must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. You must possess a Texas LBA license or be eligible for licensure in the state, as this is a mandatory credential for practice. Prior experience navigating Payor credentialing processes is preferred and will be viewed as a significant advantage. You must have a proven track record of working effectively with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental delays using Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will be required to convey complex behavioral concepts to diverse stakeholders with clarity and empathy. A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams are essential for success in this environment. You must demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions, reflecting integrity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Additionally, you must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a review of your professional and personal history.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have experience with specific assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP, Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF. Knowledge of insurance-based service authorization and medical necessity documentation is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the technical requirements for delivering remote services is preferred. Experience in a supervisory role guiding RBTs and other clinicians is a distinct advantage. Exposure to school-based settings and the dynamics of an IEP team is considered beneficial.
Practical notes
This position offers a hybrid schedule that includes two work-from-home days per week to support work-life balance. The role may require travel between different sites within the Spring area to ensure consistent service delivery. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and are not permitted to sponsor visas for employment. The scheduling department will manage all reschedules, cancellations, and permanent changes to your calendar to minimize disruption. This position is eligible for the Clinical Supervisor Performance Bonus, which rewards excellence in team leadership and client outcomes.
