What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA) for modeling and drafting mechanical components.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with simulation tools (such as ANSYS or COMSOL) for conducting structural and thermal analyses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of managing individual tasks.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract obligations.
