What you'll do
- Utilize advanced CADD software to create detailed drawings and models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CADD design and drafting, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in CADD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.
- Solid understanding of engineering and architectural principles, along with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets project specifications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software, such as SketchUp or 3ds Max, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and their application in design projects.
- Previous experience in project management or leading a team of CADD professionals.
