In the context of strengthening our Human Resources team at our Casablanca office, we are seeking a dedicated individual to provide direct support to our HR manager. What you'll do
- Prepare the administrative documents required for employment contracts, including gathering necessary information, verifying documentation, and tracking signatures.
- Establish and maintain updated records for employee health insurance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage post-offer follow-ups, including reminders and verification of the completeness of documents submitted by candidates.
- Input and update HR data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize logistical and administrative aspects of onboarding processes for new employees, facilitating a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes within the department.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, managing schedules and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to HR practices across the organization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures and protocols.
- Proactive and autonomous, capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR software or tools for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Morocco.
- Previous involvement in employee engagement initiatives or training programs.
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with HR management systems and tools that support HR operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.
