What you'll do
Assist team members with daily operational tasks and project deliverables across the organization to support overall business goals and objectives.
Support the planning and execution of assigned projects under the guidance of senior staff members and team leads throughout the internship.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute constructive ideas to improve workflow efficiency and overall team productivity on a regular basis.
Help maintain accurate records, detailed documentation, and regular reporting for both internal teams and external stakeholders who depend on the information.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met on schedule and within the defined scope of work.
Learn and apply industry-standard tools and processes relevant to the company's daily operations and strategic objectives during the course of the internship.
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to support informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning efforts across the organization.
Take ownership of specific assignments and see them through from initial concept to final completion and review with attention to quality.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a expected graduation date within the next twelve months.
Availability for a full-time internship commitment during the designated internship period without conflicting academic or personal schedules that would interfere.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required for daily interactions with team members and external partners consistently.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal direct supervision or oversight while maintaining a high standard of work.
Willingness to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is always evolving and changing.
Basic proficiency with common office software and productivity applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools is expected.
Attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work in all assignments and deliverables submitted on time.
Reliable transportation or willingness to commute to the Martinconcrete office in Kennesaw, Georgia on a daily basis throughout the internship duration.
Nice to have
Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field is considered a strong advantage and may set candidates apart from others.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaborative digital platforms used in professional environments is welcomed but not required for this role.

This is a full-time, in-person position located at the Martinconcrete office in Kennesaw, Georgia, and candidates should expect to work on-site.
The Intern should expect to work on-site during regular business hours as part of the full-time schedule and engagement commitment.
