About the role

Requirements

You must possess a graduate degree, such as a Ph.D. or Master's, in psychology or a related field like neuroscience or communication, or a J.D. You must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in jury consulting or a closely related litigation support field. You must have a proven track record of leading focus group research and managing complex project deliverables. You must demonstrate a deep understanding of reliable research methods and the scientific principles underlying human behavior and decision-making. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build trust with clients and research participants alike. You must have exceptional writing and presentation abilities, capable of producing high-quality reports and delivering compelling findings. You must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality. You must have a strong grasp of civil legal processes, procedures, and terminology, even without a law degree. You must be proficient in using analytical software, such as SPSS, to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Practical notes
