Key facts
What you'll do
Direct the planning and execution of projects related to the Lyra Empower platform and its ongoing enhancements.
Coordinate with engineering teams to define project scope, milestones, and delivery schedules for software releases.
Partner with clinical and product teams to translate care model requirements into actionable project plans.
Monitor project progress through established frameworks and adjust timelines or resources when risks arise.
Prepare and present status reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and decision points.
Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to align priorities and resolve blockers across distributed teams.
Maintain detailed documentation of project charters, requirements, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
Drive the onboarding and integration of new employer and health plan partners onto the platform.
Ensure that all project deliverables align with regulatory standards and data privacy obligations.
Support the rollout of new features by managing stakeholder communication and training coordination.
Oversee the prioritization of product backlog items and work with product owners to refine user stories.
Track budget allocations for each project and report on variance to finance and leadership teams.
Collaborate with quality assurance leads to define acceptance criteria and ensure thorough testing of deliverables.
Identify process improvements and document standard operating procedures to increase team efficiency over time.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a technology or healthcare environment for a minimum of five years.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies and their application in software development settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Experience working with clinical or behavioral health data and understanding of relevant compliance frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, health informatics, or computer science.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Familiarity with mental health care delivery models and digital health platforms is highly valued.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving, evolving environments.
History of building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal teams and external vendors.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings with partner organizations and internal offices.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and communicate trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences.

Experience with AI-driven health technology products or platforms that serve large-scale populations.
Prior exposure to employer-sponsored benefits or health plan partnership models in the behavioral health space.
Certification in project management such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or a comparable industry credential.
Background in publishing or contributing to peer-reviewed research in digital health or mental health outcomes.
Familiarity with health insurance terminology and experience supporting integration with third-party claims processing systems.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project for tracking deliverables.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker for reporting on project and platform metrics.
Comfort with collaboration platforms including Slack, Confluence, and Zoom for distributed team coordination.
Understanding of API integrations and cloud-based infrastructure concepts relevant to health technology products.
Knowledge of HIPAA and other data privacy regulations governing protected health information in the United States.
Experience with SQL or basic data querying to extract and validate project-related data from internal systems.
Practical notes
This role is based in the United States and requires full-time availability during standard business hours with some flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration.
