Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pararescue operations or a related field, with a strong background in rescue techniques and emergency response.
- Proven experience as an instructor or trainer, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant emergency response certifications.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform in demanding environments, including high-altitude and aquatic settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and fellow instructors.
- Familiarity with military training protocols and standards, particularly within the pararescue community.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
