What you'll do

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in combat control operations or related military roles.
- Proven track record of instructional experience, preferably in a military training environment.
- In-depth knowledge of air traffic control, terminal attack control, and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
- Familiarity with military training regulations and standards, as well as experience in conducting assessments and evaluations.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a military training context.
