About the role
You will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for CreateUpon, taking full responsibility for how the product acquires, converts, and retains users through digital channels. You will architect and manage the entire PLG funnel, implementing tracking, experiments, and optimizations that directly impact revenue and activation metrics. You will act as the primary liaison between product, sales, and marketing, translating user behavior data into actionable growth initiatives. You will build and nurture an active community of practitioners and influencers around CreateUpon on platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit to validate product-market fit. You will leverage AI tools and automation to scale content production, personalization, and lead routing without sacrificing message quality or brand consistency. You will design lifecycle nurture tracks that guide users from first login through renewal and expansion, ensuring continuous value realization. You will own the SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy, creating a content ecosystem that captures high-intent search demand and outranks competitors.

What you'll do
Architect and own the end-to-end CreateUpon PLG funnel, mapping every touchpoint from visitor sign-up to product-qualified lead and paid conversion.
Conduct ongoing audit of web tracking, event schemas, and conversion paths to eliminate leakage and maximize funnel efficiency.
Design and execute a topic cluster and content strategy built around high-intent keywords, comparison pages, and alternative solution content.
Establish and manage a structured influencer and community program, partnering with L&D practitioners to drive authentic advocacy on LinkedIn and Reddit.
Deploy rapid growth experiments across onboarding flows, landing pages, and email campaigns, using statistical analysis to decide on scaling.
Define and implement lead scoring models and qualification logic that align product usage signals with sales readiness, enabling smooth handoffs to Revenue Operations.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations to build automated trigger-based workflows that route product-qualified leads to the appropriate sales follow-up.
Own the CreateUpon presence at LearnUpon events, including in-person, virtual, and demo-day sessions that convert attendees into advocates and users.
Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, personalization, and reporting, scaling impact while maintaining strict brand and compliance standards.
Monitor competitive activity and market shifts, feeding insights back into product messaging, positioning, and feature prioritization.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
You must possess more than three years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
You must have demonstrable experience in Product-Led Growth, SaaS onboarding, and conversion optimization across web and product environments.
You must have hands-on experience implementing tracking plans, event naming conventions, and analytics reviews to drive data-informed decisions.
You must have strong expertise in SEO, AEO, and emerging GEO practices, including keyword research, content architecture, and on-page optimization.
You must have proven ability to manage influencer and community programs, including outreach, engagement, and performance measurement.
You must have experience designing and executing lifecycle email and automation campaigns that support retention, expansion, and advocacy.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift quickly and ownership is expected from day one.

Deadlines and commitments
This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract role focused on scaling CreateUpon as a new venture within LearnUpon. The position is designed to operate with a high degree of autonomy, combining startup agility with enterprise resources to test hypotheses, iterate quickly, and demonstrate measurable impact on acquisition, activation, and retention. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and work closely with cross-functional leaders in product, engineering, finance, and sales to align on goals, timelines, and success metrics. This role is ideal for a self-driven marketer who thrives on ownership, data, and experimentation to build scalable growth systems from the ground up.
