About the role
You will own the end to end execution of high visibility growth initiatives that directly influence the scale of new partnerships across priority asset classes including personal loans, auto, and point of sale financing. This role demands that you translate ambiguous strategic direction into clear, actionable plans that partners and internal leaders can act on without further clarification. You will own the synthesis of complex data and narratives into concise, structured stories that drive decision making at the highest levels of the organization. You will act as the primary operations backbone for the Growth leadership team, ensuring that strategic priorities are converted into measurable objectives and day to day execution. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, and the Office of the President to unblock critical initiatives and keep key programs on track. You will build and maintain executive level communication artifacts that clearly articulate Pagaya's value proposition to both internal and external audiences. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, proactively identifying risks, proposing solutions, and driving accountability across cross functional teams in a fast paced, scaling fintech environment.

What you'll do
- Synthesize large volumes of internal and external inputs into clear, structured, and compelling presentation materials for executive stakeholders and external partners.
- Translate high level growth strategy into detailed operating plans, defining specific actions, owners, timelines, and success metrics for each asset class.
- Craft tailored narratives that communicate Pagaya's value proposition to partners, executives, and stakeholders with varying levels of financial expertise.
- Track end to end progress against strategic priorities, identify deviations early, and drive corrective actions across stakeholders.
- Map and maintain dynamic prospect coverage matrices to ensure precise targeting and efficient allocation of Growth resources.
- Coordinate cross functional workflows across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, and Research to remove blockers and align on shared objectives.
- Establish and maintain structured communication frameworks that provide clarity and transparency to both internal teams and external partners.
- Convert raw performance data and market insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, activation, and retention across the funnel.
- Design and optimize operational workflows, reporting structures, and cadences to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Growth organization.
- Support high stakes meetings, partner reviews, and strategic planning sessions by preparing concise briefs, summaries, and follow up materials.
- Identify operational bottlenecks that slow down execution and propose scalable solutions that can be implemented across teams and technologies.
- Act as the central point for cross asset class coordination, ensuring consistency in messaging, processes, and standards across Personal Loans, Auto, and Point of Sale.
- Proactively monitor market signals and competitor activity, translating findings into adjustments to targeting, positioning, and prioritization.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of decisions, assumptions, and outcomes to enable continuous learning and repeatable execution.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, prioritize features, and validate solutions that drive stronger growth outcomes.
- Represent Pagaya in external discussions and partner reviews, ensuring that the company's value and standards are clearly communicated.
- Support the development of business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses that underpin strategic investment decisions.
- Drive the execution of time sensitive initiatives with precision, balancing multiple priorities in a high performance environment.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong academic record.
- Bring 4 or more years of professional experience in roles that demanded high levels of ownership, analysis, and communication.
- Possess extensive experience in top tier consulting environments, with demonstrated success managing complex client engagements.
- Have direct exposure to financial services, fintech, or consumer lending/credit markets through prior work or projects.
- Show a proven track record of creating executive ready presentation materials that influence senior leadership decisions.
- Exhibit advanced analytical capabilities, including strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with complex data sets.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, with a consistent ability to deliver accurate, high quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excel in cross functional collaboration, building trust and alignment with leaders and teams across the organization.
- Thrive in fast paced, ambiguous environments, maintaining composure and output when managing competing priorities.
- Be highly proactive, taking initiative to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive implementation without needing constant direction.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex topics into clear, logical narratives.
- Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in tools such as spreadsheet applications, presentation software, and collaboration platforms.
- Be willing to work in an office based environment in New York, NY, aligning with team schedules and occasional in person meetings.

Nice to have
- Experience working with data visualization tools or dashboards to communicate performance to non technical audiences.
- Familiarity with credit decisioning, underwriting, or portfolio management concepts in consumer finance.
- Prior exposure to API driven products or platforms in financial services or technology.
- Background in real estate finance or point of sale ecosystems, given the strategic focus on these asset classes.
- Experience supporting executive level programs or initiatives in a high growth company.
Practical notes
This is a full time role based in our New York office. The role may require occasional travel to meet with key partners or attend industry events, and candidates must be flexible with respect to working hours as needed to support critical deadlines.
