About the role
You will own the end-to-end management of complex RFI and RFP proposal processes that are central to LearnLux's revenue engine. You will translate intricate workforce financial wellbeing needs into clear, compelling, and winning narratives for consultants and HR leaders. This role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders while rigorously maintaining the quality and accuracy of every response. You will directly shape how LearnLux competes and wins in sophisticated enterprise buying decisions. You will be responsible for driving process innovation that improves win rates and strengthens our market position over time. This is a hands-on role where your accountability and ownership will determine the success of critical revenue initiatives. You will energize cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, high-stakes responses under tight deadlines.

What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end RFx requests, including reviewing incoming bid requests and setting timelines that keep every deliverable on track.
- Interpret detailed requirements from prospective employers to position LearnLux's platform as the strongest strategic fit for their workforce.
- Create compelling, persuasive proposal content, including executive summaries, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, client success, and global operations to ensure response accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to advancement and win rates through content and process innovation tailored to each prospect's industry and workforce profile.
- Maintain and manage the content library and workflow in Loopio to ensure responses are efficient, consistent, and scalable.
- Improve visibility into pipeline health by tracking proposal activity, outcomes, and key metrics in HubSpot.
- Strengthen the RFx function by managing processes, identifying gaps, and suggesting best practices for continuous improvement.
- Sharpen competitive positioning by analyzing patterns across RFP requirements and win/loss outcomes to refine content strategy.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert for security, legal, and product teams to ensure all responses align with company standards.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop targeted responses that align with strategic account priorities and growth objectives.
- Ensure all proposal deliverables meet strict quality standards for clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
- Proactively identify risks or obstacles in the proposal process and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Drive adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal team.
Requirements
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, RFP/RFI response, or a related B2B client-facing role with a record of winning complex deals.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, including strategy, proposal writing, and project management.
- Show proven experience with RFP management software, with a preference for Loopio proficiency.
- Possess excellent writing skills and the ability to produce clear, persuasive content under tight deadlines.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-growing environments with a high-agency approach to problem-solving.
- Exhibit a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all proposal outputs.
- Commit to working full-time in the United States with reliable communication and availability during core business hours.

- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex procurement processes.

Practical notes
This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. The role reports to the Senior Proposal Manager. Applicants must be available to work within U.S. time zones. No relocation or travel is required. The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 annually, supplemented by standard benefits eligibility. Start dates will be determined based on candidate availability and hiring process completion.
