What you'll do
- Orchestrate member guidance sessions remotely via video, chat, and email, providing expert direction on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and interconnected financial topics for users in Morocco.
- Synthesize and adapt the LearnLux Global Planning methodology to resonate with the distinct cultural nuances and regulatory landscape of the MENA region, ensuring relevance and applicability.
- Synthesize subject matter expertise during recurring team meetings, actively contributing to discussions that refine the quality, accuracy, and empathy of financial guidance delivered to members.
- Function as a trusted extension of HR and benefits teams by developing an intricate understanding of member benefit plans, offering specialized support particularly during critical open enrollment periods and annual review cycles.
- Partner with the content team to construct detailed outlines, perform thorough reviews of financial lessons, and provide authoritative approval for materials destined for the LearnLux digital platform, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Spearhead engagement initiatives for employer partners, conceptualizing and delivering digital webinars while coordinating and managing occasional on-site events to strengthen professional relationships.
- Utilize the LearnLux digital platform with precision to navigate member data, track progress, and deliver timely interventions that enhance the overall user experience and financial outcomes.
- Analyze complex financial inquiries and translate them into actionable, easy-to-understand guidance that empowers members to make confident decisions about their financial future.
- Monitor evolving best practices and regulatory changes within the MENA region to ensure guidance remains current, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing resources, strategies, and insights with colleagues to elevate the collective capability of the planning team and improve member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess a recognized designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a closely related field, demonstrating a foundational commitment to the profession.
- Bring a minimum of three years of proven experience delivering one-on-one financial guidance, with a demonstrated history of addressing retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and insurance comprehensively.
- Exhibit demonstrated fluency in both Arabic and English, encompassing written and spoken communication, to ensure clarity and trust in all member interactions across diverse contexts.
- Maintain the capacity to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize competing demands with sound judgment, and thrive within a distributed team environment that relies on asynchronous communication.
- Adhere strictly to the ethical and fiduciary standards that define the financial planning profession, ensuring that member interests remain paramount in every recommendation and interaction.
