What you'll do
- Conduct remote consultations via video, chat, and email to deliver unbiased guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, and equity compensation.
- Adapt the LearnLux Global Planning methodology specifically for members located within the MENA region to ensure relevance and clarity.
- Assume ownership of team meetings by actively contributing your subject matter expertise to refine the guidance delivered to members.
- Serve as a trusted extension of HR teams by developing a deep understanding of member benefit plans during open enrollment periods.
- Collaborate with the content team to create outlines, review financial lessons, and approve materials for the LearnLux digital platform.
- Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners through digital webinars and the coordination of occasional on-site events.
- Manage multiple concurrent member interactions while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of member needs to provide holistic financial planning across diverse personal finance topics.
- Represent LearnLux professionally in all remote interactions to uphold the brand promise of fiduciary excellence and integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve member experiences and propose solutions to enhance the digital guidance journey.
Requirements
- Hold a designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a relevant field as a core requirement of eligibility.
- Possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience providing one-on-one financial guidance across multiple areas including retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and insurance.
- Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English, encompassing written and spoken communication, as a mandatory job requirement.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for financial education and a proven commitment to empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions.
- Showcase the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with a distributed team environment.
- Maintain eligibility to work within the United Arab Emirates and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region without reliance on company-sponsored visa sponsorship.
- Operate with a high degree of self-motivation and ownership, thriving in a remote work setting without direct supervision.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive member financial information.
- Align with the LearnLux operating cadence, which involves quick decision-making and a high bar for quality in all deliverables.

Practical notes
