What you'll do
Coordinate with members through video calls, chat, and email to deliver personalized guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related financial topics.
Customize the LearnLux Global Planning methodology to address the specific economic context and priorities of members in the MENA region.
Analyze member situations and synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable steps that non-experts can readily implement.
Serve as a subject matter expert in team meetings, sharing insights that refine the quality and relevance of the digital guidance provided.
Decode and explain member benefit plans, helping employees make confident decisions during open enrollment and beyond.
Review and refine financial education content, including outlines, lessons, and digital materials, to ensure accuracy and clarity for the platform.
Develop and lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including webinars and select on-site events that reinforce financial literacy.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive member data and personal financial details.
Track your performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through improved communication and resource delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align your guidance with evolving product features and company priorities.
Continuously update your knowledge of personal finance topics to ensure your advice remains current and comprehensive.
Act as a trusted point of contact for members who need ongoing support throughout major life and career transitions.
Contribute feedback based on real member interactions to help improve the overall LearnLux platform and resources.
Demonstrate reliability by meeting deadlines and commitments, even when managing a high volume of concurrent tasks.
Requirements
Hold a designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a directly related field that demonstrates your expertise.
Bring at least three years of hands-on experience providing one-on-one financial guidance across core areas such as retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and insurance.
Prove fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and spoken abilities required for clear and precise communication.
Show a genuine passion for financial education and a track record of empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions.
Exhibit the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain quality under time constraints.
Collaborate successfully within a fully remote, distributed team while maintaining engagement and accountability.
Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all interactions, reflecting integrity and respect in every member engagement.

Nice to have

Have prior experience working within remote or distributed team structures and managing long-distance professional relationships.

Have a history of developing and delivering presentations to large audiences in professional or educational settings.
