What you'll do

• Lead and manage BMS projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively to avoid delays and budget overruns.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation, including status updates, financial reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project duration.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution, negotiating contracts with suppliers as needed.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control measures are being implemented effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the BMS or building services sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a solid understanding of BMS technologies and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction and engineering sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
