What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the London and South East regions.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Building Management Systems or related technology sectors, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of BMS technologies and their applications in commercial and industrial environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage contracts effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
