Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS commissioning or a similar role within the building services industry.
• Strong knowledge of BMS protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex BMS issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations related to building management systems.
• Proficiency in using commissioning software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
