What you'll do
Manage end to end affiliate lifecycles, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reporting, and strategic optimization for enterprise brands. Drive measurable outcomes for brands such as Nike, Wayfair, Unilever, and Southwest Airlines by refining campaigns and processes. Interpret platform insights and the AI-powered platform to inform campaign decisions and align brand goals with creator strengths. Partner with product and growth teams to refine attribution, improve partner experiences, and scale successful initiatives. Communicate results and strategic guidance to stakeholders so marketing efforts deliver awareness, engagement, and revenue outcomes. Maintain strict clearance and compliance standards when handling enterprise client relationships and sensitive data. Run discovery sessions and demos that highlight the value of the AI-powered creator platform. Challenge existing assumptions by analyzing performance data and identifying new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove blockers that prevent partners from hitting their targets. Continuously document playbooks and best practices to ensure consistency across the affiliate channel.
Requirements
Demonstrate authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position. You must possess the right to work in the US under current law without requiring employer sponsorship for any visa or other authorization now or in the future. You must have at least eight years of cumulative experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles. You must have a track record of exceeding quotas in at least two previous positions over the last decade. You must have direct experience managing enterprise level accounts with complex buying committees. You must have handled affiliate or partnership programs that drove revenue at scale. You must be fluent in interpreting data dashboards and using them to justify strategic moves. You must have a history of presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions with evidence based recommendations. You must have deep experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools used in B2B environments. You must understand the legal and operational nuances of affiliate marketing structures and compliance.
