Logistics coordination removes friction by managing locations, talent, crew, equipment, travel, and permits so shoot days proceed smoothly. Production budgets are developed and tracked to enable timely adjustments and clear visibility into spending.
Vendor and partner management source, onboard, and sustain relationships with external production partners to ensure reliable execution. Risks are anticipated and solved early through proactive problem-solving before they impact timelines.
On-set leadership ensures efficient photo and video execution while protecting a positive client experience at the location. Day-of logistics are owned by the point of contact who keeps clients, crews, contractors, and talent moving smoothly. Adaptability to shifting priorities and creative opportunities preserves continuity throughout projects.
Travel to production sites occurs as needed, approximately 25% of the time, to support live execution and stronger client relationships.
Asset handoffs route creator-generated materials through editing and delivery flows so projects keep moving efficiently. Final deliverables are safeguarded against quality standards and client expectations to protect brand and client trust. Organized asset management and production documentation support reuse and clear accountability.
Production plans, schedules, and budgets are presented with confidence to reinforce transparency and credibility. Client relationships are built through organized, transparent, and proactive communication that strengthens long-term partnerships.
External production companies, freelancers, contractors, and specialized vendors are managed to ensure consistent output and reliable oversight.
Operations development helps build the production function from the ground up to enable scalable execution as the organization grows. Processes, templates, documentation, and standards are defined and refined to improve consistency and efficiency. Collaboration tools, processes, and systems are recommended to reduce friction and errors. Creative production is refined as the business grows by iterating on feedback and improving workflows.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $85000 to $95000.5+ years of experience in creative project management, production management, integrated production, or agency operations. Experience managing commercial photo and video productions from pre-production through post-production is required.
Strong experience building production schedules, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and overseeing project execution is necessary. Direct client experience presenting production plans, timelines, and budgets is required. Managing external production companies, freelancers, contractors, and creative vendors is a must.
Familiarity with creator content workflows, motion graphics, and post-production processes is required. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Frame.io, or similar platforms is required. Agency or production company experience is strongly preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% for client productions is required.
