What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to gather necessary information and align project goals.
• Monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration among team members.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing project status, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning or management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with risk management principles and techniques, as well as experience in conducting risk assessments.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and reporting.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in the water and wastewater industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery processes.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in project planning.
• Previous experience working with stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
