Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational planning or a similar role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management software or tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently.
