What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of service requests that come in after standard business hours, ensuring prompt responses to client needs.
- Collaborate with field teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the right personnel are dispatched to the right locations.
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled jobs, including details on timings, locations, and personnel assigned.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during out-of-hours operations, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
