What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped for success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees, supporting their professional development and career growth.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- A relevant HR qualification, such as CIPD or equivalent, is preferred but not mandatory.
