What you'll do
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of field operations personnel.
- Conduct training sessions in various formats, including workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning modules.

Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the utilities or construction sectors, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt training strategies to meet evolving needs.
Nice to have
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or similar).
- Experience in the utilities or construction industry, particularly in operational roles.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to field operations.
- Knowledge of digital training tools and platforms to enhance remote learning experiences.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
