- Monitor asset performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that asset management practices are integrated into all relevant business processes.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact of asset failures and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on asset performance, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the lifecycle management of assets, including acquisition, maintenance, and decommissioning processes.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in asset management and utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset management technologies to ensure Bamboohr remains competitive.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with asset management standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a similar role within the utilities or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies that drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in asset management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
