What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies that align with Bamboohr's operational goals and objectives.
• Monitor asset performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that asset management practices are integrated into all relevant business processes.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact of asset failures and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on asset performance, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the lifecycle management of assets, including acquisition, maintenance, and decommissioning processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in asset management and utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset management technologies to ensure Bamboohr remains competitive.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with asset management standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for asset-related expenditures to optimize financial performance.
• Utilize data analytics tools to drive insights and support decision-making processes related to asset management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by identifying and implementing innovative asset management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a similar role within the utilities or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies that drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in asset management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in asset management (e.g., IAM, CAMA) would be an advantage.
