What you'll do

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Arborist or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Relevant qualifications in arboriculture, horticulture, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and common diseases and pests affecting trees.
• Proficiency in using arboricultural equipment and tools, with a commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and the public.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and tree preservation laws is a plus.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent.
• Experience in urban forestry or landscape management.
• Knowledge of tree planting techniques and soil health management.
• Familiarity with GIS technology and tree inventory software.
