Requirements
- Proven experience as an Arborist or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
- Relevant qualifications in arboriculture, horticulture, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and common diseases and pests affecting trees.
- Proficiency in using arboricultural equipment and tools, with a commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and the public.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and tree preservation laws is a plus.
Nice to have
- Additional certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent.
- Experience in urban forestry or landscape management.
- Knowledge of tree planting techniques and soil health management.
- Familiarity with GIS technology and tree inventory software.
