What you'll do
- Design and oversee the automated pipeline dedicated to organic growth, ensuring a seamless process from collecting visibility signals to content deployment within the CMS.
- Work closely with the lead for organic growth strategy to translate SEO and AEO methodologies into comprehensive workflow specifications for the development team.
- Track visibility metrics within Large Language Models (LLMs) for essential topics, products, and markets, establishing automated alert systems for any significant changes.
- Streamline the process of generating content briefs by merging competitive analysis, search signals, and AEO data into organized formats suitable for AI-driven content creation.
- Evaluate content generated by AI to confirm its accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with SEO/AEO best practices prior to publication.
- Establish the foundational knowledge base inputs for organic growth agents, documenting content guidelines, standards, and specific market requirements.
- Utilize systems thinking to automate additional growth areas as the initiative expands, including content for conversion rate optimization (CRO), onboarding materials, and localization processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all organic growth initiatives align with broader marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Conduct regular assessments of workflow efficiency and effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance and output quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SEO and AEO to continuously refine and improve organic growth strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in workflow automation and content strategy.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, demonstrating a robust technical grasp of crawling, indexing, and ranking, with a systemic view of content.
- Understanding of AEO and LLM visibility principles, including knowledge of how AI answer engines function and strategies to enhance visibility within them.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and content pipelines, particularly in relation to automated content deployment processes.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities, with the ability to conceptualize organic content workflows as interconnected triggers, decisions, actions, and metrics.
- Comfortable working with data, skilled in analyzing organic performance, identifying successful strategies, and setting optimization targets for agents.
- Exceptional written communication skills, crucial for crafting clear and detailed workflow specifications that serve as foundational documents for the development team.
Nice to have
- Experience in programmatic SEO or large-scale content automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools for SEO monitoring, LLM visibility tracking, or competitive analysis.
- Background in regulated sectors where content compliance presents additional challenges.
- Practical experience with workflow automation or no-code orchestration platforms.
- Exposure to AI content generation tools or APIs related to LLMs.

- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Integromat, or custom scripting for workflow enhancement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
