You will define and own the end-to-end product strategy for critical fraud initiatives at a leading global financial infrastructure provider. This role involves managing the roadmap for fraud and account takeover prevention systems that serve millions of users across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as the central product owner responsible for aligning fraud solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements. What you'll do
Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for fraud detection, prevention, and case management systems.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of fraud-related features, translating requirements into actionable plans for engineering teams.
Collaborate with engineering to define technical specifications, API contracts, and workflows that support fraud monitoring and response.
Partner with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure product implementations comply with regulations across jurisdictions.
Work with external vendors to scope integrations, evaluate capabilities, and validate that solutions meet technical and business needs.
Build tools that enable investigations, improve risk detection accuracy, and strengthen user protection without introducing unnecessary friction.
Prioritize initiatives that enhance monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alert precision, and fraud response efficiency.
Translate complex fraud data and system behaviors into clear product requirements, user stories, and executive communications.
Coordinate priorities among stakeholders to balance fraud control, user experience, and time-to-market for new capabilities.
Monitor product performance post-launch, using metrics and feedback to guide iterative improvements and roadmap adjustments.
Represent product interests in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment between fraud strategy and company goals.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a focus on fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of fraud processes, detection logic, and infrastructure used in financial services.
Show experience working with institutional trading products or complex financial market infrastructure.
Prove ability to operate effectively across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, risk, and external vendor teams.
Have hands-on experience managing API-based integrations with third-party fraud and identity providers.
Exhibit strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Display skill in converting intricate technical and fraud systems into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and documentation.
Commit to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive fraud-related information with discretion.
Nice to have
Previous familiarity with account takeover detection and identity verification systems.
Experience with case management automation that incorporates AI or machine learning.
Knowledge of legal, compliance, or traditional financial regulations relevant to fraud and financial crime.
