Growth Workflow Manager, Performance & Paid
Job description
com.
About the role
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and AI systems thinking, defining how automated workflows drive scalable growth. You will own the design of end-to-end performance marketing workflows, transforming manual campaign processes into intelligent, automated systems. In this position, you will act as the primary architect, specifying the sequence of triggers, decisions, and actions that power our marketing engine. You will collaborate closely with a build team to translate complex workflow logic into technical agent implementations that operate reliably and efficiently. Your work will focus on converting high-level growth goals into precise, data-driven automation strategies that reduce manual overhead and increase consistency. You will be responsible for ensuring that every workflow is measurable, allowing for continuous optimization based on clear performance signals. Success in this role requires a deep comfort with data interpretation and the ability to turn dashboard insights into actionable agent behaviors. This is a strategic position for someone who wants to own the system rather than just manage individual campaigns.
