About the role
This position is embedded within the Digital team and centers on project coordination for client engagements. The role involves owning the coordination scope, organizing cross-functional collaboration, and defining how project success is measured for clients. You will guide projects from initiation through delivery, operating in dynamic settings while balancing competing priorities and maintaining consistent delivery quality. The position provides exposure to the full digital project lifecycle, strengthening project management capabilities across requirements gathering, resource planning, and execution oversight. You will serve as the central coordination point, ensuring that all project elements move in sync from initial discovery to final delivery. The role demands a high level of ownership over timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple engagements. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project plans while adapting to shifting client needs and team capacities.

What you'll do
Orchestrating project schedules and milestones for engagements that range from agile, fast-tracked deployments to multi-phase, comprehensive implementations.
Mapping workflows and requirements while coordinating efforts across Design, Technology, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment.
Leading client meetings and internal syncs, capturing decisions, tracking action items, and maintaining project momentum.
Identifying potential project risks early and working proactively with team leads to resolve bottlenecks and protect objectives.
Preparing project status reports, documentation, and other client-facing updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Synthesizing client feedback into clear, actionable next steps that teams can execute without delay.
Running discovery, design thinking, and project planning workshops that shape project direction and define success criteria.
Supporting the delivery of work for a diverse portfolio of clients and industries while upholding consistent quality standards.
Partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure project goals remain visible and that outcomes are measured against objectives.
Coordinating resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure teams are staffed and timelines are realistically achievable.
Facilitating communication between stakeholders and teams to prevent misalignment and promote transparency.
Tracking project health indicators and escalating issues when timelines, scope, or quality are at risk.
Maintaining project documentation and ensuring that deliverables are organized and accessible to relevant parties.
Applying structured problem-solving techniques to overcome constraints and keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Requirements
You have experience managing projects within collaborative design and/or technical team environments.
You possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and apply them to organize complex work.
You can manage timelines, resource allocation, and project scope with precision while maintaining attention to detail.
You communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, distilling complex information clearly and professionally.
You are highly organized, analytical, and focused on solving problems within evolving constraints.
You are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team setting.
You demonstrate reliability and consistency in meeting commitments and supporting team objectives.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift frequently.
