About the role
You will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers through medium and large-scale digital projects from initial discovery to implementation. You will guide clients through the Konrad Design Thinking Process to deliver cutting edge user experiences that meet ambitious business goals. This role requires you to leverage your experience to solve complex business problems while acting as a design and technology thought leader on emerging trends. You will mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning within diverse, cross-functional environments. The position demands collaboration with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams to ensure cohesive project execution. You will be responsible for structuring compelling presentations, documentation, and request for proposal responses that articulate the client vision clearly. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior members while driving projects to successful delivery.

What you'll do
Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients to frame complex business challenges and define impactful digital experiences.
Support engagement leads on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital transformations across diverse industries.
Strategize and create digital solutions tailored to specific client needs while staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Interpret client business challenges and goals, then collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver elegant, user-centered solutions.
Ensure client goals and project timelines are met through proactive planning, tracking, and communication.
Mentor junior members of the team by providing guidance, feedback, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Structure presentations, documentation, request for proposal responses, and other collateral to clearly communicate value and approach.
Act as a design and technology thought leader by researching and sharing insights on existing and emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams to maintain alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Champion a culture of learning by leveraging resources such as BrainStation courses to integrate best practices into project delivery.
Maintain a strong focus on user experience, digital design, and technology to ensure solutions are both innovative and practical.
Build and sustain client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting or related professional services environments.
Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams through medium and large-scale digital projects from conception to delivery.
A clear understanding of management, business, and finance processes to effectively navigate client organizations.
Strong track record in liaising with and collaborating with clients at multiple levels, including stakeholders and decision-makers.
A demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology that drives continuous improvement and innovation.
A constant desire to learn more about the latest technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems.
A keen eye for great digital design, ensuring solutions are visually compelling and aligned with brand standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong track record of public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences in professional settings.
An analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong problem-solving ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical, effective solutions under constraints.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also operating independently with ownership and initiative.
Experience mentoring other team members and contributing to their professional growth through coaching and feedback.
