What you'll do

• Architect and implement robust backend solutions and APIs using C# and .NET in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience building and delivering modern production-grade web applications in a team environment.
• Very strong C# programming skills utilizing .NET.
• Deep understanding of each of the parts that make up a modern web application including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
• Fundamental knowledge of core web principals such as HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
• Fluency with relational databases or alternatively NoSQL databases.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills in English, as we work very closely together as a team and require a lot of communication.
• A proactive personality, and a desire to deliver your best work consistently.
• A love for improving software development workflows and processes to increase team efficiency.
• Willingness to work within a structured agile framework and adhere to delivery milestones.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions with limited supervision.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and following established engineering standards.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, languages, and patterns that support modern application development.
• Openness to feedback and active participation in code reviews and retrospectives.

Nice to have

• Front end JS framework experience using React or Angular or similar.
• Experience working with content management systems such as Wordpress, AEM, or Sitefinity.
• Experience working within cloud environments including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience working with GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Serverless architectures, or Next.js.
